An advertising board assembly designed to be mounted to the support tube of a parking meter or to other similar tubes is described herein. The assembly includes mounting elements to be secured to the tube and at least two modules hingedly interconnected that may be secured to the mounting elements. The modules include a viewing area where advertisement posters may be displayed between a backing element and a transparent element. To remove the advertisement poster from the display area, an access door must be unlocked.
