In an advertising display module that can be hung on a parking meter, ease of installation is important, so that the installer does not have to remove the head of the parking meter. Even more important is the ease with which the advertising panels may be changed. The module should be waterproof in the portion receiving the advertising panels and it should include at least two sides for inserting the panels. The sides should be angled so that the advertising can be seen by pedestrians as well as drivers. The attachment mechanisms should be simple and allow for easy handling by a single installer.
