A static and electronic video display enclosure system, mountable on existing video monitors, or on newly designed monitors, including televisions, high definition plasma and liquid crystal displays (LCD), light emitting diode (LED), organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays, and other similar technologies for video broadcast and electronic graphics display, the system having a plurality of fixed internally illuminated ad panels positioned around the video display screen of the video monitor; a mounting bracket adaptable to the surface upon which the monitor is mounted, allowing mounting of the illuminated ad panel around the video screen for providing displays or messages that are apart from the video material appearing on the video screen; and wherein the electronic display portion of the enclosure is a programmable display utilizing light emitting diode technology or other similar technology to scroll or advertise messages.
La présente invention se rapporte à un système d'enceinte d'affichage vidéo statique et électronique, qui peut être monté sur des moniteurs vidéo existants ou sur des moniteurs nouvellement conçus, notamment des écrans de téléviseurs, des écrans plasma et à cristaux liquides (LCD) haute définition, et d'autres technologies analogues, aux fins d'affichage de vidéotransmissions et de graphiques électroniques. Le système selon l'invention possède : une pluralité de panneaux publicitaires fixes éclairés par l'intérieur, placés autour de l'écran vidéo du moniteur vidéo ; un support de montage, qui peut être adapté à la surface sur laquelle est monté le moniteur, ce qui permet le montage du panneau publicitaire éclairé autour de l'écran vidéo aux fins d'affichage d'annonces ou de messages de façon séparée du matériel vidéo apparaissant sur l'écran vidéo. La partie affichage électronique de l'enceinte se présente sous la forme d'un affichage programmable faisant appel à la technologie des diodes électroluminescentes ou à une autre technologie analogue pour faire défiler ou annoncer des messages.
