A mixed micellar aerosol pharmaceutical formulation includes a micellar proteinic pharmaceutical agent, an alkali metal lauryl sulphate, at least three micelle forming compounds, a phenol and a propellant. The micelle forming compounds are selected from the group consisting of lecithin, hyaluronic acid, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of hyaluronic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, chamomile extract, cucumber extract, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, monoolein, monooleates, monolaurates, borage oil, evening of primrose oil, menthol, trihydroxy oxocholanyl glycine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, glycerin, polyglycerin, lysine, polylysine, triolein, polyoxyethylene ethers and analogues thereof, polidocanol alkyl ethers and analogues thereof, chenodeoxycholate and deoxycholate. The amount of each micelle forming compound is present in a concentration of from 1 to 20 wt/wt.% of the total formulation, and the total concentration of micelle forming compounds are less than 50 wt./wt.% of the formulation. The propellant, e.g., a fluorocarbon propellant, provides enhanced absorption of the pharmaceutical agent, particularly in the buccal cavity.
Cette invention se rapporte à une formulation pharmaceutique d'aérosol micellaire mélangée, qui renferme un agent pharmaceutique protéinique micellaire, un sulfate laurique de métal alcalin, au moins trois composés formant micelles, un phénol et un agent propulseur. Les composés formant micelles sont choisis dans le groupe constitué par la lécitine, l'acide hyaluronique, des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de l'acide hyaluronique, l'acide glycolique, l'acide lactique, des extraits de camomille, des extraits de concombre, l'acide oléique, l'acide linoléique, l'acide linolénique, la monooléine, des monooléates, des monolaurates, l'huile de bourrache, l'huile de primevères, le menthol, la trihydroxy-oxo-cholanyl-glycine et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, la glycérine, la polyglycérine, la lysine, la polylysine, la trioléine, les éthers de polyoxyéthylène et des analogues de ceux-ci, des éthers de polidocanol-alkyle et des analogues de ceux-ci, du chénodésoxycholate et du désoxycholate. La quantité de chacun de ces composés formant micelles est présente selon une concentration comprise entre 1 et 20 % en poids de la formulation totale, et la concentration totale des composés formant micelles est inférieure à 50 % en poids de la formulation. L'agent propulseur, par exemple un propulseur au fluorocarbone, assure une meilleure absorption de l'agent pharmaceutique, en particulier dans la cavité buccale.
