This invention relates to aerosol hair spray formulations based on (1) a sulfonate-containing, water-dispersible or water-dissipatible, linear polyester having a glass transition temperature of 36 °C to 40 °C and (2) a water-soluble, polyvinyl lactam polymer. In addition, the formulations contain water as the liquid vehicle and propellant. Such aerosol hair spray formulations do not contain any volatile organic compounds other than propellant yet exhibit fast drying times and excellent performance characteristics.

La présente invention concerne des formulations de fixatif pour cheveux en aérosol constituées 1) d'un polyester linéaire dispersable ou dissipable dans l'eau contenant un sulfonate et ayant une température de transition vitreuse de 36 à 40 degrés C et 2) d'un polymère de polyvinyl-lactame hydrosoluble. De plus, les formulations contiennent de l'eau comme milieu de suspension liquide et agent propulseur. Ces formulations de fixatif pour cheveux en aérosol ne contiennent aucun composé organique volatil autre que l'agent propulseur, mais se caractérisent tout de même par un temps de séchage court et d'excellentes caractéristiques de rendement.
