PATENT APPLICATION 27697/3007 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An aqueous aerosol hair styling and or mouse composition and method including a terpolymer of vinyipyrrolidone/ ethyl methacrylate/methacrylic acid (at least partially neutralized 30-100% monomers in an amount of about 2% to about 20% by weight of the composition, particularly about 2% to about 15% by weight of the composition water in an amount of about 20% to about 80% by weight of the composition; and a dimethyl ether liquified propellant gas in an amount of about 5% to about 50% based on the total weight of the aerosol composition.
