In an aerosol inhaler, it is proposed that a heat sensor (5) be fitted in the region of the atomiser nozzle (4) which is cooled after an actuator has been triggered or an inhalation cycle started through the resultant expansion of the propellant gas. The actuation and cooling are electronically detected in an electronic module (3). It is possible to derive technical and therapeutic data from the signal of which the user is informed via the display unit or message device and the therapy can be suitably adjusted.

L'invention a pour objet un inhalateur à aérosol dans lequel il est prévu, dans la zone de la buse de nébulisation (4), un détecteur thermique (5) qui est soumis à un refroidissement, après actionnement d'un organe de commande ou déclenchement d'un cycle d'inhalation, consécutivement à la détente du gaz propulseur qui en résulte. La commande et le refroidissement sont détectés électroniquement dans un module électronique (3). Le signal émis permet d'obtenir des données techniques et thérapeutiques qui sont transmises à l'utilisateur, par l'intermédiaire de l'unité d'affichage ou des dispositifs de signalisation, et qui permettent une adaptation appropriée du traitement.
