Aerosol valve trigger actuator with a plastic shroud, a linearly acting trigger member having at least one camming surface, a fluid conduit for connection to a vertical aerosol valve stem and with at least one cam follower, the trigger actuation camming the plastic conduit and valve stem downwardly to dispense product, an elongated bendable plastic spring molded to the shroud, the trigger member having at least one rearward extension extending through at least one opening in the spring. In a first embodiment, the rearward extension is locked by one or more hooks to the free end of the plastic spring on assembly. In a second embodiment, a protrusion on the trigger locks it against removal. The plastic spring biases the trigger member forwardly on trigger release.

L'invention porte sur une gâchette de commande de soupape d'aérosol comprenant: un capot plastique; une gâchette à déplacement linéaire comportant au moins une surface servant de came; un conduit se raccordant à une tige verticale de soupape d'aérosol et solidaire d'au moins une contre-came. En actionnant la gâchette on entraîne vers le bas le conduit plastique et la tige de soupape pour dispenser le produit. La gâchette comporte également un ressort plastique allongé moulé avec le capot et au moins une extension arrière s'étendant au moins dans une ouverture pratiquée dans le ressort. Dans une première exécution l'extension arrière est rivée par au moins un crochet à l'extrémité libre du ressort plastique et dans une deuxième exécution, une saillie de la gâchette empêche de la faire sortir. Le ressort plastique repousse la gâchette vers l'avant lorsqu'on la relâche.
