It is intended to provide an affinity trap reactor allowing efficient progress of a reaction between an enzyme bonded to a support and a substrate without restriction in use depending on the types of the enzyme and substrate employed. An affinity trap reactor comprising a support having an enzyme and a molecule specifically reacting with the substrate of the enzyme bonded thereto; and a process for obtaining BL-angiostatin in a single step from plasminogen contained in a biological sample which comprises applying the biological sample containing plasminogen to an affinity trap reactor comprising a support having bacillolysin MA and lysine bonded thereto and reacting at 0 to 50 ~C in the presence of isopropyl alcohol under calcium ion- free conditions to thereby obtain BL-angiostatin.
Cette invention concerne un réacteur à piège par affinité permettant d'obtenir une progression efficace d'une réaction entre une enzyme liée à un support et un substrat sans restriction d'utilisation dépendant de la nature de l'enzyme et du substrat utilisés. Le réacteur à piège par affinité comprend un support comportant une enzyme et une molécule réagissant spécifiquement avec le substrat de l'enzyme liée à celui-ci. Cette invention concerne également un procédé à une étape permettant d'obtenir une BL-angiostatine à partir du plasminogène contenu dans un échantillon biologique, lequel procédé consiste à soumettre l'échantillon biologique contenant le plasminogène à un réacteur à piège par affinité comprenant un support comportant une bacillolysine MA et une lysine liées audit support et à le faire réagir à une température comprise entre 0 et 50 ·C en présence d'alcool isopropylique dans des conditions dépourvues d'ions calcium afin qu'on obtienne une BL-angiostatine.
