The invention relates to a method for machining metal while using a water- mixed cooling lubricant and to a successive cleaning and/or anticorrosion treatment. The inventive method is characterized in that an oil-in-water emulsion is used as a cooling lubricant. Said oil-in-water emulsion contains: i) an emulsifier system comprised of a) ethoxylates/propoxylates of fatty alcohols with 8 to 18 C-atoms in the alcohol with 2 to 6 ethylene oxide units and 4 to 8 propylene oxide units, and b) fatty alcohols and/or fatty alcohol propoxylates with 12 to 24 C-atoms in the alcohol and 0 to 3 propylene oxide units and/or distillation residue of these fatty alcohols in a weight ratio of a : b = 1 : 0.2 to 0.2 : 1 and ii) corrosion inhibitors. The inventive method is also characterized in that an aqueous solution and/or suspension is used for cleaning and/or for anticorrosion treatment. Said solution and/or suspension comprises the same emulsifier system and the same corrosion inhibitors as the cooling lubricant. The cited agent combination is likewise the subject matter of the patent application.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour l'usinage des métaux par enlèvement de copeaux, avec utilisation d'un lubrifiant réfrigérant miscible à l'eau, suivi d'un nettoyage et/ou d'un traitement anticorrosion, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme lubrifiant réfrigérant une émulsion du type huile dans l'eau contenant i) un système émulsifiant comprenant a) des éthoxylates/propoxylates d'alcools gras de 8 à 18 atomes de carbone, dans l'alcool, avec 2 à 6 motifs oxyde d'éthylène et 4 à 8 motifs oxyde de propylène, et b) des alcools gras et/ou des propoxylates d'alcools gras de 12 à 24 atomes de carbone, dans l'alcool, avec 0 à 3 motifs oxyde de propylène et/ou un résidu de distillation de ces alcools gras, dans un rapport pondéral a : b = 1 : 0,2 à 0,2 : 1, et ii) des inhibiteurs de corrosion, et en ce qu'on utilise, pour le nettoyage et/ou le traitement anticorrosion, une solution et/ou une suspension aqueuse renfermant le même système émulsifiant et les mêmes inhibiteurs de corrosion que le lubrifiant réfrigérant. La combinaison de moyens précitée fait également partie de l'invention.
