An agent for induction of antigen-specific T cell comprising as active ingredients (1) at least one selected from the group consisting of antigenic proteins, antigenic peptides derived from the antigenic proteins, and DNAs capable of expressing the antigenic proteins or the antigenic peptides and (2) at least one selected from the group consisting of interferons and DNAs capable of expressing the interferons; an enhancing agent for induction of antigen-specific T cell comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of interferons and DNAs capable of expressing the interferons as active ingredients a method for inducing antigen-specific T cell in an individual in need thereof, comprising administering the above agent to the individual in therapeutically effective amounts and a method for enhancing induction of antigen-specific T cell in an individual in need thereof, comprising administering the above enhancing agent to the individual in therapeutically effective amounts.
