The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, in particular to the development of an engine for inhibiting a membrane virus replication. The aim of said invention is to develop an agent based on fullerene-polycarbon anions for suppressing the activity of the membrane viruses during curing diseases provoked thereby. For this purpose, a group of inventions united by a common inventive conception is proposed. Said group consists of a method for producing compounds, a mechanism of action study, the production of pharmacological compositions and the development of therapeutic methods. The aim is achieved by selecting quantitative relations of components and reaction conditions ensuring the obtainment of polyaddition products. It is specified that the amino acid quantity is greater than the fullerene quantity by 50 times during a synthetic process. The thus obtained product exhibits an unlimited solubility in water, a required bioavailability, a high effectiveness of action on infected cells and a low toxicity. The basic substance content in a target product is equal to or greater than 90 %. Said process is adaptable to production and can be used for the pharmaceutical industry. Drug compositions and methods for treating virulent diseases provoked by a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), herpes simplex virus (HSV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) are also disclosed.
L'invention concerne l'industrie pharmaceutique, en particulier la production d'un agent d'inhibition de la réplication des virus à membrane. L'objectif de l'invention est de produire lesdits agents au moyen d'anions fullerène-polycarbone, de sorte à supprimer l'activité des virus à membrane pour traiter les maladies provoquées par lesdits virus. La présente invention regroupe ainsi plusieurs inventions allant dans ce sens, notamment un procédé de production de composés, une étude des mécanismes d'action, la production de compositions pharmaceutiques, ainsi que l'élaboration et l'application de méthodes thérapeutiques. Le choix des relations quantitatives de composants et des conditions de réaction garantissant la formation de produits de polyaddition permettent d'atteindre l'objectif de la présente invention. Lors de la synthèse, la quantité d'acides aminés doit être supérieure de 50 fois à la quantité de fullerène. Le produit obtenu par la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé présente une solubilité dans l'eau illimitée, une biodisponibilité désirée, une efficacité élevée sur des cellules infectées et une faible toxicité. La teneur en substance basique du produit cible est de 90 %. Ce processus technologique peut être mis en oeuvre dans l'industrie pharmaceutique. L'invention concerne également des compositions thérapeutiques et des méthodes de traitement des maladies infectieuses provoquées par le virus de l'immunodéficience humaine (VIH), le virus de l'herpès simple (VHS) et le virus de l'hépatite C (VHC).
