It is intended to provide a drug for airway administration containing, as the active ingredient, a compound having a phosphodiesterase (PDE)-IV inhibitory effect which shows a concentration in a lung tissue 350 times or more higher than its concentration in plasma when administered into the airway or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. It is also intended to provide a drug for airway administration in which the compound having the PDE-IV inhibitory effect is, for example, a beznofuran derivative, a 1,3-benzodioxole derivative, etc.
