The present invention is intended to provide a novel pharmaceutical agent having an excellent preventive effect on post-stroke RSD. The present invention provides an agent for preventing the onset of post-stroke RSD, comprising natural calcitonin or a calcitonin derivative as an active ingredient. The present invention is also intended to provide a method for preventing the onset of post-stroke RSD, comprising administering natural calcitonin or a calcitonin derivative and use of natural calcitonin or a calcitonin derivative for producing an agent for preventing the onset of post-stroke RSD.
La présente invention a pour objet un agent pharmaceutique inédit présentant un excellent effet prophylactique sur une DSR apparaissant après une attaque. À cet effet, l'invention propose un agent de prévention de l'apparition d'une DSR après une attaque comprenant de la calcitonine naturelle ou un dérivé de la calcitonine en tant que principe actif ; un procédé de prévention de l'apparition d'une DSR après une attaque, comprenant l'administration de calcitonine naturelle ou d'un dérivé de la calcitonine ; et l'utilisation de la calcitonine naturelle ou d'un dérivé de la calcitonine pour la production d'un agent de prévention de l'apparition d'une DSR après une attaque.
