An HGF production accelerator containing as an active ingredient an oligosaccharide which is any of a 2-saccharide comprising a uronic acid residue (the uronic acid is iduronic acid or glucuronic acid; the same applies hereinafter) and a glucosamine residue bonded to the uronic acid residue through an .alpha.-1,4-glycoside bond or .beta.-1,4-glycoside bond, 3- to 16- saccharides each having a structure in which a uronic acid residue and a glucosamine residue have been alternatively bonded repeatedly through an .alpha.-1,4-glycoside bond or .beta.-1,4-glycoside bond, and salts of these, wherein at least one hydroxy group of the uronic acid residue(s) and glucosamine residue(s) may have been sulfated, alkylated, acylated, or aminated and the 2-position amino group of at least one glucosamine residue may have been sulfated, alkylated, or acylated. The HGF production accelerator is useful for accelerating the treatment of disorders of tissues, organs, etc. of the living body.
Il est prévu un accélérateur de production HGF contenant comme ingrédient actif un oligosaccharide qui est n~importe quel 2-saccharide comprenant un résidu d'acide uronique (l~acide uronique est un acide iduronique ou glucuronique ; il en va de même ci-dessous) et un résidu de glucosamine lié au résidu d'acide uronique par une liaison .alpha.-1,4-glycoside ou une liaison .beta.-1,4-glycoside , des saccharides 3 à 16 ayant chacune une structure dans laquelle un résidu d~acide uronique et un résidu de glucosamine ont été liés en alternance, de façon répétée par le biais d~une liaison .alpha.-1,4-glycoside ou d~une liaison .beta.-1,4-glycoside, et des sels de ceux-ci, où au moins un groupe hydroxy du ou des résidus d~acide uronique et du ou des résidus de glucosamine a été éventuellement sulfaté, alkylé, acylé ou aminé et le groupe aminé de position 2 d~au moins un résidu de glucosamine a été éventuellement sulfaté, alkylé ou acylé. L~accélérateur de production HGF permet d~accélérer le traitement de troubles des tissus, d~organes, etc. du corps vivant.
