A drug inhibiting the proliferation of lamivudine-tolerant hepatitis B virus under prolonged administration of lamivudine. By administering IFN-.beta. to YMDD mutant virus developing during prolonged administration of lamivudine, the re-proliferation of the hepatitis B virus can be inhibited. Thus, it is useful as an inhibitory remedy.

Médicament inhibant la prolifération du virus de l'hépatite B tolérant à la lamivudine sous administration prolongée de lamivudine.
