Disclosed is a therapeutic and/or ameliorating agent or a therapy and/or amelioration method for disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) which has a higher therapeutic effect. Specifically disclosed is a therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent for DIC, which comprises thrombomodurin as an active ingredient. The therapeutic and/or prophylactic agent is administered to a patient having a decreased anti-thrombin level, namely a patient having an activation value of anti-thrombin in the plasma of less than 50%.
L'invention concerne un agent thérapeutique et/ou améliorant ou une thérapie et/ou un procédé d'amélioration pour la coagulation intravasculaire disséminée (DIC) qui a un effet thérapeutique supérieur. L'invention concerne de manière particulière un agent thérapeutique et/ou prophylactique pour une DIC, qui comporte la thrombomodurine en tant qu'ingrédient actif. L'agent thérapeutique et/ou prophylactique est administré à un patient présentant un taux d'anti-thrombine diminué, à savoir un patient présentant une valeur d'activation d'anti-thrombine dans le plasma de moins de 50 %.
