The object of the present invention is to provide a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of hepato-biliary disease reduced in side effect such as diarrhea, which comprises 16,16-difluoro-15-keto-PGs of the formula (I) (See Formula I) wherein A is -COOH, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof or esters which can be hydrolyzed by an esterase; B is -CH2 CH2- or -CH=CH-, X is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group provided that X is a hydrogen atom when the cyclopentyl group has a double bond; R1 is a divalent saturated or unsaturated C6 aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R2, R3, R4 and R5 are independently a hydrogen atom, a methyl group or an ethyl group provided at least one of them is a methyl group or an ethyl group; Q is a single bond or a saturated C1-C6 aliphatic hydrocarbon group which may have a branch; and m is 0 or 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier , as an essential component.
