The present invention provides a pharmaceutical preparation that can improve absorption of a pharmaceutical compound in the gastrointestinal tract and that provides, through oral administration or like method, a blood concentration from which sufficient remedial effects can be expected, and a method for producing such a preparation. The invention is directed to a pharmaceutical preparation exhibiting excellent gastrointestinal absorbability comprising a compound recognized by a proton-coupled transporter and a pH-sensitive polymer in an amount sufficient for the gastrointestinal tract to acquire a pH at which the proton-coupled transporter optimally absorbs the compound into a cell.
L'invention concerne l'obtention d'une préparation médicinale qui améliore l'absorption d'un composé médicinal dans le tube digestif afin de parvenir à une concentration telle dans le sang qu'il est possible d'obtenir un effet thérapeutique suffisant par administration orale ou similaire, ainsi qu'un procédé de production associé. Elle se rapporte aussi à une préparation présentant une excellente capacité d'absorption dans le tube digestif et contenant un composé qui est reconnu par un transporteur à conduction de proton et un polymère sensible au pH, ce polymère sensible au pH étant contenu dans une quantité suffisante pour contrôler la valeur pH dans le tube digestif à un niveau optimal pour l'assimilation du composé dans les cellules par le transporteur à conduction de proton, etc.
