L'invention porte sur des remèdes contre la récurrence postopérative du cancer du sein chez les femmes en préménopause contenant un agoniste JnRH ou un antagoniste permettant d'éviter la récurrence postopérative du cancer du sein chez les femmes en préménopause sans présenter pour autant des effets secondaires graves. Grâce à l'utilisation de microcapsules à libération prolongée, l'effet du médicament est prolongé sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'administrer souvent le médicament. Aussi, la récurrence postopérative du cancer du sein chez les femmes en préménopause est contrôlée de manière adéquate sur le long terme.
