The present invention concerns an agent for preventing decrease in the level of protease-activated receptor (PAR) mRNA (in particular the Thrombin receptor) under stress conditions such as hypoxia and ischemia. The agent is an activator of PAR. The agent can be used as an active ingredient for the treatment of cardial disorders caused by lack of oxygen and/or blood flow.
La présente invention concerne un agent permettant de prévenir la diminution du niveau d'ARNm dans le récepteur activé par protéase (PAR) (notamment le récepteur de la thrombine) dans des états de stress tels que l'hypoxémie et l'ischémie. L'agent est un activateur des PAR. Il peut être utilisé comme ingrédient actif pour le traitement de troubles cardiaques causés par le manque d'oxygène et/ou de débit sanguin.
