AGRICULTURAL MARKING DEVICE ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE An agricultural marking device to disperse elongate strips of rolled paper-web material. A vertically orientated, cylindrical supply hopper, having a securable lid, terminates in its lower portion in a conical transition element to direct web material in the hopper to an output channel. Drive rollers positioned adjacent to the output channel remove the web material from the supply hopper and deliver it through a downstream opening where a spray head is positioned. The spray head controllably directs a liquid spray onto the web material to separate it in a wetted region or dampen it to weight it. The device is secured to a mounting structure for mounting on a propelling vehicle or an associated material dispensing structure of a propelling vehicle to indicate a boundary of a portion of a traversed field by the web material deposited thereon.
