Disclosed are a microcapsule comprising an agricultural active ingredient with improved physical properties, and an agricultural composition comprising the microcapsule. The agricultural microcapsule has a diameter or not more than 50 µm and comprises an agricultural active ingredient in a water-soluble coating material. As the agricultural composition comprising the microcapsule, DL dust, solidified emulsifiable concentrate can be provided. According to the present invention, the agricultural active ingredient is stabilized, agricultural dust can be mixed with even an incompatible, liquid agricultural active ingredient, and the agricultural microcapsule has excellent handling properties.
