An air bag 9 of a semiclosed circuit breathing apparatus 1 is a seamless one-piece molding of polyurethane resin. The opening of this air bag 9 has a structure such that it is screwed in and secured to the main unit, so the work of replacing the air bag can be performed simply. The air bag of this invention has no seams, so there is no need for inspection of the strength of seams, simplifying production management. By molding the air bag 9 from polyurethane resin, its tear strength is higher than that of the conventional air bags, so durability and the like can be increased. In addition, if the air bag 9 is molded by the blow molding method, stability of sizes and good suitability to mass production can be achieved.
La présente invention concerne un sac à air 9 pour appareil respiratoire 1 à circuit semi-fermé, en résine de polyuréthanne, moulé en une pièce et sans joint. L'ouverture du sac 9 est pourvue d'un dispositif fileté permettant de l'attacher facilement et rapidement à l'appareil. L'absence de joint simplifie le procédé de fabrication, puisqu'elle élimine l'étape autrement obligatoire du contrôle de la résistance des joints. La résine de polyuréthanne possède une résistance à la déchirure supérieure à celle des matériaux utilisés dans la fabrication des sacs existants, et, par conséquent, rehausse la durabilité et autres qualités assimilées du sac de cette invention. De plus, ce sac peut être fabriqué par le procédé de moulage par soufflage, lequel se prête à la fabrication en grandes séries et permet d'obtenir des sacs de dimensions uniformes.
