ABSTRACT The invention disclosed relates to an improved highly mobile mortar-type launcher. The launcher includes a multiple barrel arrangement wherein the barrels are mounted on a common base and are disposed on the base at suitable angles to each other. Controlled dissemination of a readily dispersible substance in air may be achieved by launching and bursting suitable projectiles containing the sub- stance.
