An air cleaner (100) including ozone removal is provided according to an embodiment of the invention. The air cleaner (100) includes an air channel (200) in the air cleaner (100), an air moving unit (201, 202) located in the air channel (200) and configured to create an airflow, and an ozone decomposing element (205) located in and extending substantially fully across the air channel (200). The ozone decomposing element (205) causes decomposition of ozone in the airflow.
