Air Conditioning System and Control Therefor Abstract An air conditioning system comprising a plurality of discharge terminals for discharging conditioned air into a plurality of zones, each terminal including a thermostatic control to directly vary the amount of air discharged into a zone in response to changes in the air temperature thereof. A first selected terminal further includes a primary override control for overriding the thermostatic control of the first selected terminal to increase the amount of air discharged into a first selected zone during a warm-up period. A second selected terminal further includes an auxiliary override control for overriding the thermostatic control of the second selected terminal to substantially restrict the discharge of air into a second selected zone during the warm-up period.
