Air-driven conveyor for the single file transport of empty plastic bottles or other lightweight products. The bottles travelling upright, suspended by the narrow portion of the neck in a neck slot adjustable for neck profile and a wider slot encompassing the neck slot and adjustable for the profile of the bottle body. Both sides of each slot being fitted with a partition having in its inner face air-expelling nozzles capable of pushing the bottles at their neck and body so as to maintain the bottles essentially upright as they travel along the conveyor. The rate of airflow through the air-expelling nozzles being adjustable, particularly at the neck. The conveyor being preferably composed of modular sections of like design and capable of being assembled to follow the desired conveyor routing.
Convoyeur à air destiné au transport unifilaire de bouteilles vides en plastique ou autre produits de faible masse. Les bouteilles circulant debout, suspendues par le col de goulot dans un sillon de goulot réglable selon le profil du goulot et un sillon plus large englobant le sillon du goulot et réglable selon le profil du corps de la bouteille. Chaque sillon étant bordé de cloisons latérales ayant dans leur faces internes des buses d'éjection d'air pouvant pousser les bouteilles tant au niveau du goulot qu'au niveau du corps de la bouteille de manière à maintenir les bouteilles essentiellement droites durant leur déplacement le long du convoyeur. Le débit d'air sortant des buses d'éjection d'air étant réglable, en particulier au niveau du goulot. Le convoyeur étant préférablement composé de modules longilignes de conception semblables et pouvant être assemblés selon un tracé voulu pour le convoyeur.
