The invention relates to a device for the directed introduction of primary combustion air to the primary heating chamber of a coke oven chamber, the primary air being supplied through inlet openings in the ceiling of a coke oven chamber or to the front walls of the coke oven chamber above the door of the coke oven chamber or in the door of the coke oven chamber or in a plurality of or all of the above-mentioned locations, said inlet openings containing inserts which are fitted with spouts that are directed towards the interior of the oven. Said spouts have an angle which is directed towards the exterior of the opening and which guides the primary air onto the coke cake at a slanted angle so that the air coming from the openings in the coke oven chamber ceiling impacts the coke oven at an angle of less than 90°C and the air coming from the openings in the coke oven chamber wall above the door of the coke oven chamber or in the coke oven door at an angle of more than 0°. The invention also relates to a method for the directed introduction of the primary air using the device according to the invention. The method according to the invention allows a substantial improvement of the mixing of coke gas and primary combustion air in the primary heating chamber.
L'invention concerne un dispositif pour introduire de l'air de combustion primaire de façon dirigée dans le foyer primaire d'une chambre de carbonisation. L'air primaire est acheminé par des ouvertures d'admission ménagées dans le plafond d'une chambre de carbonisation ou dans les parois frontales de la chambre de carbonisation au-dessus de la porte de la chambre de carbonisation ou dans la porte de la chambre de carbonisation, ou dans une pluralité ou la totalité des positions mentionnées, ces ouvertures d'admission contenant des inserts qui sont équipés de becs dirigés vers l'intérieur du four. Ces becs présentent un angle qui est dirigé vers l'extérieur de l'ouverture et guide l'air primaire vers le gâteau de coke avec un angle incliné de sorte que cet air primaire atteigne le four à coke avec un angle inférieur à 90° depuis les ouvertures ménagées dans le plafond de la chambre de carbonisation et avec un angle supérieur à 0° depuis les ouvertures ménagées dans la paroi de la chambre de carbonisation au-dessus de la porte de la chambre de carbonisation ou dans la porte de la chambre de carbonisation. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé pour introduire l'air primaire de façon dirigée au moyen du dispositif selon l'invention. Ce procédé permet d'améliorer sensiblement le mélange du gaz de cokéfaction et de l'air de combustion primaire dans le foyer primaire.
