The funnel is a horizontally positioned cylinder, with a centrally located cone, the diameter base of said cone is smaller than that of the cylinder, creating an air passage between the inner side of the cylinder nd the outside perimeter of the cone. Placed as spokes on a wheel, there are partitions/gables, which extend to the cone bottom, in such location, they curve/bend at, perhaps, 90 degrees. I could call the partitions/gables: DEFLECTORS, since they redirect the wind, in to the turbine blades, in the most advantageous direction. The turbine consists of a circular sheet base, (diameter equal to the funnel's exterior cylinder), a hub, centered with the funnel base, and a number of "concave" blades attached, edge wise, to the sheet base and, end wise, spokes like, to the axle, hence, every blade creates an air pocket. The spend air exits centrifugally between the blades, creating jet propulsion.
