The present invention relates to a brewing system for producing food products and/or beverages which uses a heated water system. The heated water system includes a heater water reservoir and unheated water reservoir. A pressurizing apparatus for communicating with the reservoir is provided for dispensing heated water from the heated water system to a beverage retainer.
