ABSTRACT AIR SAFETY BELT FOR TODDLERS In considerations of safety of children, who are accompanying adults while travelling by commercial airlines. Usually these toddlers under certain age do not get a seat of their own, as their parents do not wish to purchase a ticket for them, hence they sit in the laps of adults for the duration of the flights. In case of an emergency and unexpected air turbulents, the child sitting in the lap of an adult usually is embrassed by the adult's arms and is held down. But as we have seen recently on T.V. the accident in Iowa's Corn Fields where a passenger jet liner crashed. Some children were killed because the impact of the plane on to the ground forced these children out of the arms of the adults and tossed them inside the plane where consequently they perished. Whereas the adults who were carrying these children in their laps survived because they had their seat belts on. The AIR SAFETY BELT FOR TODDLERS will allow the adults to carry their children in their laps safely while travelling in a commercial airline. AIR SAFETY BELT FOR TODDLERS allows the adults to attach the toddler to their body so as to prevent them from been forced out of their laps in case of an emergency or sever turbulents. This device is easily worn by the toddlers, and then the device attaches to the adult in whose lap the child will be travelling. The adult is secured by the seat belt which is provided by the airlines.
