ABSTRACT of the DISCLOSURE It is known that grain products must be transported long distances to shipping ports by the use of rolling stock, vehicles and equip- ment. In this invention is an air-solids pipe- line system wherein large quantities of grain(s) or particulate can be transported on an air- cushion within a primary pipeline itself, under controlled atmosphere conditions or pressure, temperature and speed. If required the cargo is dried within the transportation process. Auxiliary make-up air is supplied from a separate secondary pipeline which is attached to the primary cargo line at regular intervals. Each pipeline is operated in concert with each other and each pipeline has its own air power source supplied by compressors and driver stations.
