ABSTRACT : In this invention, a two-pieces of proper lenght, rubber bands put into the duct, where the flap sits on when the fan is off. Therefor, there will be no air leaks that initiate any further draft, as well as prevent any cold air, wind and/or noise to get into the house via air duct.
