ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention comprises an air to air heat exchanger having a circular outer housing and a circular exhaust duct lying there within along the longitudinal central access thereof. A plurality of cone shaped turbulators are secured to a rod supported within and extending along the longitudinal central axis of the exhaust. The outer housing is made of a heat insulating plastic, and the exhaust duct, turbulators and central rod are made of corrosion resistant metals such as aluminum or stainless steel.
