PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention concerne une installation de traitement d'air, destinée à la ventilation et à la climatisation d'une pluralité de salles, ainsi qu'un module de traitement d'air destiné à la réalisation d'une telle installation. A chaque salle à climatiser est associé un module de traitement d'air respectif, indépendant structurellement et fonctionnellement logé dans un local technique commun aux différents modules de traitement d'air et télécommandé, indépendamment des autres modules de traitement d'air, depuis la salle respectivement associée; de préférence, les modules sont suspendus, à l'état mutuellement juxtaposé, dans le local technique. Une telle installation concilie les impératifs d'hygiène et de confort, d'une part, et de facilité de maintenance, d'autre part, tout en présentant un encombrement minimal.
