An airbed combination having two twin size airbeds releasably attached along one upper edge by a zipper (e.g., on the gusset) and on the opposite side of the bed by another releasably attachable connector, such as two snaps. These connections permit the two airbeds to be used at least three ways: stacked together as a twin double high bed, zippered side by side together as a king size bed, and separated into two twin beds.
