The aircraft assembly (1) comprises an outer board (5) composed of a fiber reinforced resin material for outer board as a principal element, a structure material (7) for supporting the outer board (5) from the inside, and a fastener (3) for coupling these outer board (5) and structure material (7), and further provided with an insulator layer (23) arranged to cover at least the head (17) of the fastener (3), and a conductor layer (25) arranged to cover at least the insulator layer (23) and formed of a resin material for conductive layer containing powder of conductive copper.
