Disclosed is an aircraft pressurized cabin door that has a height (X), width (Y), and depth direction (Z) and comprises an integral door structure unit (2) which is made of fiber composite and is provided with an outer skin (4) as well as a door frame located on the internal face of the outer skin (4). The door frame encompasses edge supports (6a, 6b) and longitudinal beams (8a to 8f) as essential supporting elements, the longitudinal beams (8a to 8f) extending in the horizontal direction (Y) between the edge supports (6a, 6b). Intermediate spaces (2a) of the door frame, which are delimited by the internal face of the outer skin (4), the edge supports (6a, 6b), and the longitudinal beams (8a to 8f), are configured in an open manner towards the internal face of the door.
