The aircraft structural element situated at the interface between a wing and the fuselage comprises a web (20) and profiled elements (30, 40, 50, 60) flanking said web (20), at least one said profiled element (30, 40, 50, 60) comprises a flat part (31, 41, 51, 61) positioned without overlap in the continuation of a flat part (21, 22, 23, 24) of said web (20) and connected thereto by a welded butt joint (32, 42, 52, 62) using friction stir welding.
