A machine for bringing the rotational speed of the aircraft tires up to the landing ground speed of the aircraft, thereby eliminating the shock and sudden acceleration of the normaly stationary tires upon contact with the runway, that causes undue wear on the tires and the deposition of rubber wastes on the runway.
