This invention is for providing pre-rotation of wheels prior to landing the aircraft. Reducing the jerk caused at touchdown, and the wear of the tires from the impact, which start rotating the wheels from stand still position to touchdown speed, which could be 150 km/hour. The runway's concrete by friction removes, or shaves off the tread's rubber at random locations, and create uneven surfaces on the tires' tread. The uneven tread surfaces of the tires are causing unbalanced wheels, which must be corrected by rethreading the tires. At the present, frequent rethreading and replacements of tires are required, which can be avoided by pre-rotated wheels, having effect at the take off, and at the touchdown of the airplanes. The wheels rotation is accomplished by positioned airfoils, extending outward at the sides of the tires. When the landing gear is lowered, the position airfoils engaged by the incoming air stream, to start rotating the wheels. Tires concerned are, newly produced tires, rethreaded, and remanufactured tires. During the processes are not using up additional natural recourses to make synthetic rubber.
