ALARM DEVICE FOR USE IN COMBINATION WITH WINDOW SASH Abstract of the Disclosure An alarm device comprises essentially a circuit and an activation means, which in turn comprises a releasable plug and jack. When the plug is removed from the jack, the circuit is broken and the alarm is triggered. The jack is positioned in such a way with respect to various types of window sash that the windows can be partially opened to allow ventilation, but cannot be fully opened to allow access through the window without removing the plug.
