ABSTRACT An album-type binder has upper and lower cover sections and a back section therebetween, with a plurality of pockets arrayed on the inner side of each cover section. Each cover section has at least one reinforcing board, a plastic foam layer, and a durable covering. A securing closure has a strip extending from one cover section and releasably attachable to contact material on the other cover section by manual pressure.
