An alcohol beverage dispensing appliance (10) has a container (22) housed in the appliance and a tap adapter (38) mounted to the container for dispensing beverage from the container. The tap adapter has a first gas connector (88) and a gas line (56) adapted for connection with the container for charging the container with pressurized gas to facilitate beverage dispensing. The tap adapter has at least one gas connecting locating member (90). The appliance has a gas supply line (58) housed in the container that has a second gas connector (86) adapted for sealing engagement with the first gas connector. The appliance has a guideway (64) for locating the second gas connector that is adapted for receiving the gas connecting locating member of the tap adapter in sliding and guiding relation to permit movement of the first gas connector into sealing relation with the second gas connector. The appliance has a locking member (96) moveable in the guideway between an unlocked position permitting movement of the locating member along the guideway and a locked position engaging the locating member to prevent reversing movement of the gas connecting locating member out of the guideway.

L'adaptateur de robinet comporte un premier raccord à gaz (88) et une canalisation de gaz (56) adaptée pour être reliée au réservoir afin d'injecter dans le réservoir un gaz sous pression facilitant la distribution de la boisson. L'adaptateur de robinet présente au moins un organe (90) de positionnement du raccord à gaz. L'appareil comporte une canalisation (58) d'amenée de gaz reçue à l'intérieur de l'appareil et équipée d'un second raccord à gaz (86) adapté pour venir en contact étanche avec le premier raccord à gaz. L'appareil possède un organe de guidage (64) assurant le positionnement du deuxième raccord à gaz et adapté pour recevoir à coulissement et guidage l'organe de positionnement du raccord à gaz de l'adaptateur de robinet, et ce afin de permettre un déplacement du premier raccord à gaz en relation étanche avec le deuxième raccord à gaz. L'appareil comporte un organe de blocage (96) adapté pour se déplacer dans l'organe de guidage entre une position de déblocage permettant le déplacement de l'organe de positionnement le long de l'organe de guidage, et une position de blocage dans laquelle il coopère avec l'organe de positionnement de manière à empêcher tout déplacement en sens inverse de l'organe de positionnement du raccord à gaz dans le sens de la sortie de l'organe de guidage.
