ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to alcoholic drinks having a high protein content and to a process for their preparation. The drinks of the invention contain quail's egg-juice, alcohol, swee- tening and flavouring agents as well as optionally trace elements and other proteins of animal or plant origin. The drinks of the invention are prepared by adding the other components at most at 50°C to the whole quail's egg-juice homogenized in the presence of an emulsifying agent.
