A nutritional composition for enhancing alertness comprising: carbohydrate including galactose, fat, protein, caffeine, and optional further ingredients, wherein the ratio of carbohydrate to protein is in the range of 2:1 to 4:1 by weight, and wherein the fat includes an effective quantity of phospholipids selected from: phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl serine and mixtures thereof.
L'invention concerne une composition nutritionnelle permettant d'améliorer la vivacité intellectuelle comprenant: des glucides y compris du galactose, des lipides, des protéines, de la caféine, et éventuellement d'autres ingrédients supplémentaires.
