ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A surface cleaning composition comprises 99.5% by weight of HCL 20° baume (20-38% conc.) and, from 0.16% to .195% by weight of 1.3 dibutylthiourea, and from 0.14% to 0.16% by weight of 1.3 diethylthiourea, about 0.025% by weight of a non-ionic surface active agent, and from .12% to .175% by weight of an organic solvent.
