Alkaline diamine track lubricants for use with glass, aluminum and two-piece PET containers and other articles of manufacture are prepared from an admixture of an alkyl diamine and a water-soluble hydrotrope. The diamine lubricants are prepared without the neutralization thereof and have a corrosion inhibitor which is, preferably, a reducing agent and a biocide incorporated therein to. A source of alkalinity may be employed, as well, to maintain the pH above 8.

Des lubrifiants de glissières, à base de diamines alcalines, s'utilisent avec des récipients de verre ou d'aluminium et ceux constitués de deux parties en PET, ainsi qu'avec d'autres articles comparables, et on les prépare à partir d'un mélange d'une diamine d'alkyle et d'un agent hydrotrope hydrosoluble. Ces lubrifiants à base de diamines se préparent sans neutraliser celles-ci et ils contiennent un inhibiteur de corrosion, qui est de préférence un agent réducteur, dans lequel est incorporé un biocide. On peut aussi utiliser une source d'alcalinité pour maintenir le pH au-dessus de 8.
