Purified alkoxylated sucrose esters of the formula (I): wherein R is independently selected from: COR'; (CH2CH2O)xH; and (CH2CH2O)x COR'; wherein R' is a fatty acid compound having from about 2 to about 28 carbon atoms; and wherein x is a number selected from about 1 to about 50; wherein at least one of the R groups is an ester group that is directly esterified to the sucrose backbone; and wherein the alkoxylated sucrose ester composition further comprises: less than 1% aldehydes; less than 1% ketones; less than 1% benzyl halide; less than 1% mono-benzyl ether; less than 1% acetals; and less than 1% ketals.
La présente invention a pour objet des esters de sucrose alkoxylés purifiés de formule (I) : où R est sélectionné indépendamment parmi : COR' ; (CH2CH2O)xH ; et (CH2CH2O)x COR' ; où R~ est un composé de type acide gras comportant entre 2 et 28 atomes de carbone environ ; et où x est un nombre compris entre 1 et 50 environ ; où au moins l~un des groupements R est un groupement ester qui résulte de l~estérification directe du squelette sucrose. La formulation d~ester de sucrose alkoxylés comprend également : moins de 1 % d~aldéhydes ; moins de 1 % de cétones ; moins de 1 % d~halogénures de benzyle ; moins de 1 % d'éther monobenzylique ; moins de 1 % d'acétals ; et moins de 1 % de cétals.
